Where can I find new items that are being added?

You can go to our Facebook Group "Made on Rendezvous" and we will keep you updated there!

 

Shipping 

Shipping is $5.00 anywhere in the United States.

We can ship to other countries but will invoice for the difference separately once I weigh the package so it is as low as possible for you! Sometimes Shopify automatically charges an amount depending on where you live, I will check and either refund or invoice for the difference.

Custom Orders

If there is something you'd like custom made please don't hesitate to email or send us a Facebook message! 

Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days from delivery date. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not offer refunds on personalized items. Due to the nature of the product I can not do returns or exchanges on crochet items.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this can take up to 14 business days to show on your end.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some 10-14 days processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at MadeOnRendezvous@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at MadeOnRendezvous@gmail.com. I will give you further instructions from there.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning an item to me always get a tracking number. This way we both know where the item is at all times.
